Sara Wyeth is a barrister specialising in Criminal Law.

Sara prosecutes and defends in the Crown Court and is regularly instructed across the most serious of cases, including murder and serious violence, sexual offences, drug offences, and financial crime.
Sara is on the CPS Advocates Panel at Level 3. She recently completed a secondment to the Crown Court Unit of the Crown Prosecution Service (West Midlands), during which she was entrusted to undertake high-level charging decision involving complex investigations and dynamic public interest considerations. R v P (2022 ongoing) – junior alone defending a client accused of multiple counts of sexual activity with children
R v L (2022 ongoing) – junior alone defending a client accused of money laundering just under a million pounds
M v M (2022) – disclosure counsel in a private prosecution leading to the first conviction for ‘controlling and coercive behaviour’ including the withholding of a religious divorce
