Position

Eloise Power specialises in medical law, including clinical negligence, product liability, healthcare regulatory law, medical inquests and public law. She is presently instructed in a number of high-profile medical product liability cases including the trans-vaginal mesh litigation, the metal on metal hip litigation and the Pandemrix litigation. Her clinical negligence practice encompasses obstetric and gynaecological cases, surgical negligence, delayed diagnosis and a range of other matters. She often appears before regulatory panels and in High Court applications and appeals.
