Position

Ronit Kreisberger is a leading senior junior in Competition and EU Law. She joined Chambers after seven years at Herbert Smith and ‘quickly won a reputation at the Bar’: Chambers UK (2010). Since joining the Bar, Ronit has been consistently ranked as a leading junior for both EU/competition law and media, entertainment and sport. She has been named as one of the Lawyer’s Hot 100 and one of Chambers’ rising stars in Global Competition Review’s 2011 Barrister Survey. Ronit has experience across a wide range of industry sectors, with particular expertise in the pharmaceutical sector, intellectual property cases and sport and the collective licensing of media rights. Her clients include Cathay Pacific, Vodafone, Pfizer, Roche, Teva, Merck, Turf TV, the Racing UK racecourses, the Royal Mail, MAN ERF, Ballast Nedam, CDI AndersEiite, the OFT and Ofgem. She has acted in the landmark cases of Crehan, BAGS v AMRAC and Lundbeck ‘Pay for Delay’ and the Construction/Construction Recruitment Penalty Appeals in the CAT. Ronit is also: a member of the Attorney General’s B Panel of Junior Counsel to the Crown; a contributing editor of the 7th edition of Bellamy & Child, The European Community Law of Competition.
