She also specialises in civil partnership and cohabitee disputes; in claims under Schedule 1 of the Children Act and Part lllof the Matrimonialand Family Proceedings Act 1984; and in jurisdictional disputes. She has been involved in a number of cases in Hong Kong, including appearing successfully in a leading case in the Hong Kong Court of Appeal.
