laundering, firearms and people trafficking. ln 2016, he played a pivotal role in the collapse of the Royal Agricultural University “gang rape” allegation, in which his disclosure arguments caused the Crown to offer no evidence. He has a proven track record in developing procedural arguments (Abuse of Process, Disclosure and Pll) which have repeatedly stopped major prosecutions. His fraud practice includes recent advisory work in a contentious tax investigation, which helped persuade the CPS to refuse charge, and he is currently instructed, pre-charge, in an SFO investigation of huge importance.
