Position

Ben advises and litigates on all aspects of revenue law, as well as in other areas of law where tax issues feature, in particular judicial review, insolvency and company law. Ben was appointed to the Attorney General’s C Panel in March 2017 and he is qualified to accept instructions under the Public Access Scheme. Ben is a contributor to Hamilton on Tax Appeals and Lexis Nexis, and contributed to the 2016 UK branch report to the International Fiscal Association on dispute resolution procedures in international tax.
