Recent cases include: Environment Agency v Christopher Morgan (appearing for the defendant in disputed POCA application in relation to an illegal waste site), the Court of Appeal decision is reported at [2013] EWCA Crim 1307; Environment Agency v Siteserv Ltd and Phillip England (successful defence of company director accused of illegal tipping on farmland); R v Christopher Surman and Others (leading the prosecution of 9 defendants accused of conspiring to defraud mobile phone customers by offering worthless insurance contracts); R v Jason Casanova (defending the leading defendant in a conspiracy to bring cocaine from London to S. Wales); R v Geoffrey Wildy (successful defence of a defendant accused of laundering the proceeds of frauds worth millions of pounds).
