Lorna Hale is a Partner in the Clinical Negligence team and has specialised in this area since qualifying as a solicitor. She deals with actions raised in both the Court of Session and the All Scotland Sheriff Personal Injury Court. She has experience in a huge variety of cases (including birth injuries, surgical errors, and delayed or missed diagnoses) but has a particular interest and expertise in complex fatal claims.
