Commercial litigation and arbitration lawyer, with a strong Chancery background. Best known for heavy and international business disputes. Also enjoys a long-standing practice in more traditional Chancery areas, including trusts, estates, insolvency and real property. Extensive experience of jurisdictional / conflict of laws issues; and applications for injunctive relief.
