Position

All aspects of commercial and commercial chancery litigation and arbitration, including general commercial disputes (contractual or otherwise), civil fraud and asset tracing, banking, company matters (including insolvency), claims against fiduciaries and trustees, and property disputes. Much of Ben’s work has a major international dimension and he has considerable experience of jurisdictional issues, worldwide freezing injunctions and associated relief, dealing with substantive foreign law points, the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards in the UK and the interaction of proceedings in multiple jurisdictions. Ben also has considerable experience of litigation involving sovereign states.
