Position

Timothy is a chancery barrister with a practice in private client and business litigation. He has detailed experience of contentious trusts, probate and succession cases, Court of Protection matters, art & cultural property litigation, company cases, insolvency disputes, civil fraud, as well as banking and general commercial litigation.
