Dudley specialises predominantly on criminal matters, both defence and prosecution,  appearing daily in the Youth, Magistrates, Crown and Appellant courts across all circuits in England and Wales. He is a particulalry sought after advocate for matters concerning allegations of fraud, sexual offences, drug supply and violence and noted for his attention to detail, client rapport and trial advocacy. 

Other areas of his practice include civil, family, regulatory, property, immigration, costs and private prosecution. He has a busy private practice in defending allegations of motoring offences.

Dudley is a Graded CPS Advocate and prosecutes on behalf of private corporations and regulatory bodies across the breadth of the UK as well as for Local Authorities and Local Government across a wide spectrum of offences and specialisms. He also appears on behalf of the National Probation Service as a breach prosecutor in the Crown Court.
