specialises in employment, company and commercial litigation, with particular expertise in relation to applications for injunctive relief in the High Court, including interim injunctions, freezing injunctions and search orders. Ming-Yee has particular expertise in shareholder disputes and all aspects of commercial fraud. She has extensive experience of race, sex, disability and age discrimination, unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, redundancy, TUPE and employment status; contract disputes and intellectual property claims involving directors, employees and workers, including restrictive covenants, breach of confidence, breach of copyright and passing off; partnership disputes; company law and insolvency issues, in particular the fiduciary duties of directors and senior employees. Clients include UK and multinational corporations, public sector bodies, charities and individuals.
