Position

Laura practises predominantly in the field of employment, discrimination and commercial law. She has a wealth of experience in all areas of employment litigation and has particular expertise in complex areas of disability and age discrimination, whistleblowing, TUPE and breach of contract. She has a broad advisory practice and represents clients in the Employment Tribunal, the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the High Court. She is regularly instructed in high-value and/or high-profile matters and has particular expertise in the financial services sector and the education and health care sectors. Her claimant clients often include senior executives and she has experience of securing high value compensatory awards involving the assessment of whole career loss.

Career
