Recent highlights have included David appearing as sole Counsel for Nick Candy in obtaining the dismissal of a £1.5billion commission claim and 100% of his costs and as junior counsel for the majority shareholders in House of Fraser in applying to strike out an unfair prejudice petition brought by a Mike Ashley vehicle.
