Speaker in numerous conferences and seminars in the US, Europe, the Middle and Far East on international arbitration. Publications include: ‘Le Droit Français de l’Arbitrage Interne et International’, Joly, Paris 1990, and many articles about International Arbitration, ADR and International Business Law. Co-author ‘International Litigation’, Butterworths, 1991 and 1997. Last article: ‘Joinder of Parties to Arbitral Proceedings: Two Contrasting Decisions’, Bulletin de la Cour internationale d’arbitrage de la CCI, L’arbitrage complexe, Supplément special 2003 Paris; article ‘Anti-Suit Injunctions Issued by National Courts At the Seat of the Arbitration or Elsewhere’, IAI 2005. A third edition of ‘Le Droit francais de l’arbitrage’ is to be published in 2008 Paris.
