Position

Barrister specialising in public law (including local government, information/data protection, human rights, community care and immigration), education law, employment law and commercial law; regularly acts for both claimants and respondent/defendant in the High Court, County Court, employment tribunals, Employment Appeal Tribunal, First-Tier and Upper Tribunals (Information Rights/Special Educational Needs and Disability/Care Standards) and the Court of Protection. Also undertakes a wide range of advisory work. Recent cases include: Innospec Ltd v Walker [2014] IRLR 334; R (Essex County Council) v Secretary of State for Education [2012] ELR 383; Invideous Ltd v Thorogood [2013] EWHC 4644 (Ch).
