Excalibur -&- Gulf Keystone Gulf [2013] EWHC 2767 (Comm) - Keystone was successful in its defence of Excalibur’s claims to a share of oil concessions in Iraqi Kurdistan;

Republic of Djibouti -&- Boreh [2016] EWHC 405 (Comm) - a major civil fraud case in which wide ranging allegations of dishonesty were made against a prominent African businessman ;

“OW Bunker” – PST Energy [2016] UKSC 23 - a test case and the most significant case on the Sale of Goods Act for many years;

Cattles -&- PWC – an audit negligent claim following the collapse of the Cattles Group, formerly one of the largest providers of consumer credit finance in the UK;

Yukos Shareholders and Ors -&- The Russian Federation - enforcement proceedings of the PCA Award in the sum of approx. $50bn;

Orb and Ruhan [2016] EWHC 850 (Comm) - one of the largest recent fraud actions in the Commercial Court concerning an alleged joint venture in respect of prime property sites in central London which involved serious allegations of fraud, complex asset recovery claims were launched involving the tracing of substantial sums through offshore structures;

The “Ocean Victory” [2015] EWCA Civ 16 - ‘a remarkable maritime casualty’ total loss/unsafe port;

"Brillante Virtuoso” [2016] EWHC 1085 (Comm) – strike out;

“B Atlantic” [2016] EWCA Civ 808 - constructive total loss; and

Sebry v Companies House [2015] EWHC 115 (QB) – the mistaken entry by Companies House on their register, established a special duty of care owed by the Registrar to companies on its register.
