Madeleine is a partner in our Godalming office in the commercial property team. She is an experienced commercial property lawyer who deals with commercial landlord and tenant matters and sales and purchases of properties such as offices, storage and distribution warehouses and depots, industrial units and shops. She acts for a wide variety of clients including insurance companies, logistics companies, retailers, pension providers and local authorities. She also acts for private and institutional investor landlords, as well as commercial occupational tenants.
