Rosemary Jackson QC
Commercial Mediator, Adjudicator and Arbitrator specialising in construction and engineering law, including professional negligence. A member of the CEDR Mediator Panel, Rosemary is a very successful and experienced mediator, conducting domestic and international mediations (including ICC appointment) of commercial disputes of all kinds. Her experience extends to mediations with up to 10 parties and disputes up to $2bn, often with a case-managed process. Rosemary is very experienced in mediation and adjudication of PFI disputes. A member of the CEDR and Tecbar Construction Adjudication Panels, she has adjudicated disputes in relation to power, railway, motorway infrastructure projects, microtunnelling and construction disputes. She has been appointed by the chairman of the Bar to sit on a Joint Tribunal to determine a fees dispute between solicitors and counsel. Rosemary also acts as an arbitrator, with experience as a sole arbitrator and of appointment to a three-person ICC arbitral panel.
