Position

Emma Healiss undertakes a wide range of work relating to construction, energy, engineering, public procurement, professional negligence, insurance and associated insolvency matters. Emma regularly acts as both sole and junior counsel in the TCC and has gained experience of various forms of alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration, adjudication and mediation. Emma has worked on matters involving a variety of standard form contracts including the JCT, NEC, IChemE and RIBA forms of appointment and PFI/PPP agreements. Emma is a contributor to the Keating on Construction Contracts Supplement and the Practical Law Construction Blog. Emma accepts instructions in relation to all commercial matters, with a particular emphasis on Keating Chambers’ areas of expertise.
