James Frampton was called to the Bar in 2016 and became a tenant at Keating Chambers in 2017 after the successful completion of his pupillage in Chambers. James is developing a broad practice across the range of Chambers’ practice areas, including construction & engineering, energy, infrastructure & utilities, PFI and property disputes. During pupillage, James gained extensive experience of court litigation including assisting his supervisor on a three week TCC trial concerning a high profile London office block, appearing as sole counsel in the High Court (TCC) to secure a final charging order and various County Court hearings. James is also familiar with alternative dispute resolution such as adjudication and arbitration. James has experience of working with a variety of standard form contracts including the JCT, NEC and IChemE.
