Barrister specialising in domestic and international commercial construction, offshore, energy, professional negligence, infrastructure projects, and regulatory law.
Paul has vast experience in both Court and Arbitration proceedings. He has conducted several multi-track trials applications, CMCs and adjudication work in Court. He has also been involved in numerous domestic and international arbitrations including under the ICC, LCIA, and UNCITRAL rules. Paul has experience of drafting pleadings in all forms of dispute resolution, including adjudication. He has extensive knowledge of the JCT, NEC, IChemE and FIDIC standard form contracts and of the offshore LOGIC and SAJ forms.
Having previously worked for a leading international law firm in Brussels on complex regulatory issues involving blue-chip international companies, Paul is adept at taking a commercial approach to legal issues and dispute resolution.
