Edward Boydell is highly experienced in all aspects of family law but particularly financial remedies (including civil partnerships). He has specific expertise in dealing with complex high-net-worth matters involving family businesses, farms, companies and trusts. He is also very experienced in equitable co-ownership. Particularly well known for his family finance work and recognised in The Legal 500 and by Chambers and Partners as one of the ‘Leaders at the Bar’, he also has a niche civil practice. Edward is regularly invited to give seminars including speaking at the Western Circuit CPD Conference 2009 and 2010, Hampshire Resolution 2010 and 2012, The Thames Valley Family Lawyers Ancillary Relief update seminar and for the CLT lecture series.
