Career

I prosecute for the HSE and the Pensions Regulator and defend insurer funded Health and Safety and Death by Driving Cases.

I represented the Fire Service at the Hillsborough Inquests and was instructed on behalf of several ex-paras at the Ballymurphy Inquests.

I am on list A of the list of Specialist Regulatory Advocates. I am a grade 4 CPS prosecutor and prosecute work related death manslaughter cases.

I sit on the management committee of the Health and Safety Lawyers Association and regularly provide due diligence advice relating to H&S liability to corporates.

I also chair the 2 Bedford Row Health and Safety group.
