Alexandra Tampakopoulos is an established criminal and regulatory practitioner. She has cultivated a diverse practice flowing from her extensive experience defending and prosecuting serious crime. She has developed an expertise in Inquests and Public Inquiries and is regularly instructed in complex and high profile cases on behalf of a wide range of Interested Persons and Core Participants including in relation to the death of Alexander Litvinenko, the death of Alexander Perepilichnyy, the Hillsborough Stadium Disaster and the ‘SAS Inquest’ involving the death of three army reservists from heat illness in the Brecon Beacons.

Alexandra is recognised as a defence specialist in Health & Safety law. She has significant experience advising and acting for clients across a wide range of industries including Construction, Retail, Manufacturing, Food and Agriculture.

 Alexandra speaks fluent Russian and is frequently instructed in matters requiring her Russian language skills and specialist knowledge of Russia and the CIS region.
