Position

Alice is developing a broad commercial practice with an emphasis on commercial dispute resolution, insolvency and professional negligence. Alice has particular insight into matters relating to finance, tax and regulated industries, having previously worked at Ernst & Young as a chartered accountant where she advised multi-national corporations on the design of complex tax arrangements both domestically and off-shore.

Alice has a busy advisory and drafting practice, and regularly appears as sole counsel in the High Court and the County Court in applications, trials and appeals.

Prior to joining Gatehouse Chambers, Alice undertook pupillage at a leading commercial set and gained experience in commercial litigation, international trade and arbitration.
