Sushil acts as a junior alone or as a led junior, with expertise defending in complex and long running cases. He specialises in fraud, violence, serious organised crime, and motoring offences. He has extensive experience in defending professionals, high profile, and high net worth individuals facing prosecutions, notably in relation to motoring offences and offences of violence.
Called 2009, Inner Temple. Prior to joining chambers, Sushil worked at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law. His work included research on criminal law and human rights norms in Pakistan, Iran and Saudi Arabia. He went on to lecture German undergraduate students in criminal law and international law at Bucerius Hochschule fur Rechtswissenschaft in Hamburg.
