Position

Will is experienced in all areas of criminal law, extradition, regulatory (particularly those involving the Solicitors Regulation Authority) and public law matters.

More recently, Will was part of the defence team in what was then the highest value private prosecution to date. Following that he worked almost exclusively with those arrested and prosecuted following the Extinction Rebellion demonstrations in 2018/19.Tthis work included a Judicial Review of the CPS’ charging decisions.

Career

Will comes to Chambers after working for a number of years as a paralegal in two London criminal defence and human rights firms.
