Sanaz is an established practitioner in immigration, asylum and human rights law, with particular expertise in complex EU immigration. Recent notable cases include Banger (EEA: EFM – Right of Appeal)  UKUT 00194(IAC), Secretary of State for the Home Department v Banger – C-89/17 at the Court of Justice of the European Union, LS (Article 45 TFEU – derivative rights)  UKUT 00426 (IAC)
Sanaz is well regarded for her meticulous case preparation, effective advocacy and personable nature. Her passion for this area of law was cemented during an internship at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) after completing her BVC.
