Chambers saw David Tyack QC and John Coughlan QC take silk in the 2021 round. Chambers head Jonathan Jones QC currently represents the claimant for a claim in excess of £5m against a hospital where liability was admitted for failure to diagnose spina bifida on an antenatal scan. Jones QC also led Jamie Gamble in JB v Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust,  a wrongful birth claim arising out of a failure to diagnose microcephaly during antenatal scanning, securing a £6m settlement for the claimants.
