Position

Natasha Bennett specialises in general commercial litigation, including banking and financial services, civil fraud, professional negligence, insurance and conflict of laws.  In particular, she has been instructed in a number of high profile banking cases including the £4 billion RBS Rights Issue Litigation, one of the most significant banking cases in recent times to come before the Courts (featured in The Lawyer’s Top 10 cases of 2017).  Other recent cases include: Wall v RBS (featured in The Lawyer’s Top 10 cases of 2017); Al-Besher v Credit Suisse UK; Credit Suisse v Stichting Vestia; and Al Sulaiman v Credit Suisse.  Natasha has been named by Legal Week as one of ten “stars of the bar” and identified by Legal500 as one of the ten most acclaimed commercial advocates under 10 years call.
