Position
Laura specialises in all aspects of personal injury work, acting for both claimants and defendants in a wide range of fast track and multi-track cases. She has considerable experience of undertaking claims arising out of road traffic accidents, occupier’s liability, highway tripping claims and claims brought under the Animals Act. She also has experience in the field of employers’ liability, in particular involving accidents at work, industrial disease and occupational health, including stress and harassment. Laura has experience in cases before the Coroner’s Court and also has particular expertise in medium to high value CICA Applications.
Laura is also a specialist employment advocate and she is highly experienced in claims involving unfair / wrongful dismissal; discrimination, harassment and victimisation; TUPE; whistleblowing; equal pay; and holiday / wages issues.

Away from work, Laura enjoys outdoor pursuits such as running, walking, skiing and climbing.
Laura ran the Liverpool Marathon raising funds for charity in 2011 and successfully climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, Tanzania 2009.
Since her undergraduate studies Laura has retained a keen interest in animal ethics and has been appointed as a Fellow of the Oxford University Animal Ethics Society.
