Position
David is a specialist criminal and regulatory barrister with over 20 years’ experience. He has developed a heavyweight criminal practice which is made up of predominately defence work, however he is instructed to prosecute significant cases for both the CPS and the Serious Organised Crime Agency.
He is regularly instructed on cases involving motoring and vehicle crime including fatal and non-fatal accidents, frauds, car-ringing and road traffic offences.
David provides expert advice and representation to police officers facing misconduct proceedings (including appeals) as well as criminal charges.
He also advises and represents a wide-range of individuals including healthcare professionals, police officers, prison officers as well as large professional bodies in relation to inquests.
