Recent cases include a claim against bank for negligent advice and a historical sex abuse claim against the Jehovah’s witnesses (both successful).
 
Besides claims work, he appears in disciplinary tribunals ranging from the GMC, GDC, Solicitors’, Accountants’ and Lloyd’s of London disciplinary tribunals and prosecutes for the BSB.
