Position

In recent years she has appeared in an increasing number of high value 1975 Act claims, many of the cases also involving beneficial interests and attempts to set aside wills for undue influence or lack of testamentary capacity. Her commercial work frequently concerns contractual and other disputes relating to land, and particularly failed property joint ventures. She is often brought into disputes at a very early stage in order to advise on an effective tactical approach to achieve the client’s desired outcome.
