Enterprise Chambers is committed to the principles of equality and diversity and welcomes applications from candidates from all backgrounds. Applicants for pupillage and tenancy are assessed solely on the grounds of merit. We accommodate any need for reasonable adjustments to enable disabled applicants to participate fairly in the selection process; and to work at Chambers if offered tenancy. Enterprise Chambers is proud to participate in the Social Mobility Foundation Bar Placement Scheme, introducing one A level student each year to life at the Bar. Additionally, Jennifer Meech provides pro-bono tuition to disadvantaged school and university students.

Edward Francis is a case reviewer for the Bar Pro Bono Unit. This involves in the region of 5 hours work each month. He and other members of chambers also take on cases on a pro bono basis from time to time which are referred to chambers having been accepted by the Bar Pro Bono Unit for assistance.

Under the CLIPS scheme, a number of members of chambers provide assistance on two or three days each year to litigants in person who are either making or are the respondents to applications in the Applications Court in the Chancery Division.

In January 2016, Enterprise Chambers distributed a questionnaire in order to collate diversity data on its members of chambers. The data is available here.
