Jeremy Russell Joined chambers from 2-3 Hind Court in April 2018.

Mubarak and Mubarak [2001] 1 FLR 698 which put an end to the use of the Judgement Summons procedure for enforcing Ancillary Relief orders.
McCabe and McCabe[1994] 1FLR 410 for the recognition of a customary Ghanaian Marriage (between an Irish man and a Ghanaian woman where neither party was present at the marriage – they were both in the UK when the marriage took place)
