A committed and charismatic advocate, Stephanie understands the importance of crafting case narratives to channel the most persuasive arguments for her client.

Stephanie specialises in criminal prosecution having completed a 9-month secondment to the Crown Prosecution Service in July 2017. She is currently instructed as a Junior in the first, ever redundancy payment fraud. A Grade 2 CPS Advocate, Stephanie is instructed to prosecute offences of the utmost seriousness including aggravated burglary and grievous bodily harm. Stephanie also defends at all levels of court. Most recently, at Blackfriars Crown Court, she secured an acquittal for a client charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

Having undertaken pupillage predominantly in employment law, Stephanie is transferring her Tribunal advocacy experience in the direction of regulatory law. Recently, Stephanie successfully represented a paramedic before the Health and Care Professions Council, persuading them that despite the application for an interim suspension order, such order was not necessary. The Panel acceded to the submission and declined to make an interim suspension order or impose conditions of practice.
