Position

Nichola is a specialist criminal practitioner with particular expertise in fraud and corruption. She appeared in R. v. M (2010), one of the first prosecutions for international corruption and recently, R. v. S and S, a high profile €20 million bank fraud. Nichola successfully defended allegations of attempted murder and conspiracy to commit an act of misconduct in public office as junior counsel in the ‘Facebook Grass’ case, R. v. B (2011 and 2012).
