Position

Immigration and nationality law. Practices in all areas of Immigration, refugee and nationality law, with particular expertise in the human rights aspects of immigration law and refugee law. His practice includes representation before the Immigration Tribunals, High Court and the Court of Appeal. Also has experience of cases in the European Court of Human Rights. Represents individuals and educational institutions (sponsors under Tier 4 of the Points Based System).

Called 2001; Middle Temple. Publications of note: contributor to the Butterworths Immigration Law Service; co-author of the ‘Blackstones Guide to the Asylum & Immigration Act 2004’ (Oxford University Press, 2004).
