Position

Graham has extensive experience in heavyweight civil litigation frequently appearing in the Commercial and Mercantile Courts, the CAT, the TCC, the Chancery and Queen’s Bench Division as well as the appeal courts. He is regularly involved with disputes involving £100m plus claims. He is a specialist in all aspects of commercial law (including contract law, IT and construction disputes, ADR and arbitration), communications and environmental law. He has particularly extensive knowledge of all aspects of telecoms law, including regulatory disputes. Recently he was one of the leading silks in the Ethernet litigation.
