Position

Lucinda Harris specialises in all areas of employment law, including restrictive covenants and breach of confidence, breach of contract, wrongful and unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, discrimination, TUPE, national minimum wage and working time. She has a wide range of public and private sector clients, including banks, high street chains, hotels, airlines and charities, as well as governmental departments and agencies.

Career

Called 2004. Admitted to the New York Bar 2010. Judicial assistant to Mr Justice Aikens (now Lord Justice Aikens) in the Commercial Court (November 2007-March 2008). Junior Counsel to the Crown (‘C’ panel) since March 2010. Member of the Panel of Counsel for the Comission of Equality and Human Rights since 2011.
