Position

Simon Dyer QC has specialised in clinical negligence claims since 2000 and in personal injury claims since 1990. He acts mostly for claimants and is instructed largely by specialist clinical negligence and personal injury firms. Simon had a very busy year in 2015. He has been instructed in many high-value cases, many child cerebral palsy cases and delayed diagnosis of cancer cases. He is usually instructed as sole counsel and conducts hearings, conferences and roundtable meetings, as well as drafting complex pleadings, including large schedules and written advice. He has a serious clinical negligence and personal injury practice and is regarded highly by solicitors from recognised firms. He is recommended in ‘The Legal 500’ 2014 for personal injury and clinical negligence. He is recommended in ‘Chambers and Partners’ 2015 for both clinical negligence and personal injury.
