Position

Practises employment, discrimination and human rights law. Previously employed by the Disability Rights Commission, and has worked as a trade union legal officer. Has particular expertise in strategic litigation, and is regularly instructed by the Equality and Human Rights Commission (recently re-appointed to their panel). Career

Called 1991; Gray’s Inn; previously senior legal adviser for Disability Rights Commission. Has written extensively for statutory codes of practice on the Equality Act 2010; co-editor of ‘Discrimination in Employment: A Claims Handbook’, LAG, 2013.
