Position
Samreen has prosecuted at youth, magistrates’ and crown courts. She has also prosecuted on behalf of the Crown Prosecution Service’s Complex Casework Unit, Rape and Serious Sexual Offences Unit, Proceeds of Crime Unit, Organised Crime Division, the National Crime Agency, Department for Work and Pensions, National Wildlife Crime Unit and Serious Fraud Division.
Prior to joining the Crown Prosecution Service, Samreen defended household insurance companies against personal injury claims. She also worked for a national law firm representing claimants in personal injury and uninsured loss matters.

Samreen is fluent in Pashto and Urdu and is content to conduct conferences and take instructions in these languages if required.
