Richard Pickering is an experienced litigator, having qualified as a Solicitor in 2005 and later as a Solicitor Advocate in 2018 having acquired Higher Rights of Advocacy in the Civil Higher Courts. Richard was Called to the Bar at Inner Temple on 14 March 2019 and is a Barrister at Broadway House Chambers.

He has specialist expertise in Commercial and Residential Property litigation, with particular focus on dispute resolution and risk management.

Richard specialises in the following areas:

Commercial and residential property litigation and dispute resolution – Dilapidations, Business tenancy renewals, Boundary, trespass, rights of way, access and easement disputes, Lease covenant and service charge disputes, Telecommunications issues for both Landowner/Landlords and Tenants.

Landlord and tenant (residential and commercial) and effectively any types of matters relating to land and property.

Commercial disputes and debt recovery, credit finance matters, mortgage repossession and related shortfall and eviction claims.
