Corinne specialises in criminal law, extradition, regulatory law and professional discipline.
Corinne’s criminal law practice includes murder, sexual offences, complex fraud, money-laundering, organised crime and sophisticated drug conspiracies. She is proficient conducting sexual offence trials, particularly those involving cross-examination of young or vulnerable witnesses.Corinne is an appointed member of the Crown Prosecution Service’s prosecution panel (grade 4) and the Serious Fraud Office prosecution panel (level B). She is also an appointed member of the CPS specialist advocate panels for counter terrorism, serious crime, fraud and RASSO.
Corinne’s extradition practice sees her instructed in proceedings for individuals, foreign governments, and judicial authorities in both first instance hearings and in the Administrative Court. She is an appointed member of the CPS specialist advocate panel for extradition.
Corinne also has experience appearing at courts martial in the UK and Germany.
In respect of regulatory law and professional discipline, Corinne has appeared before the General Medical Council and the Nursing and Midwifery Council, representing both professionals and regulators.
