David has a broad practice with a particular emphasis on real estate and landlord & tenant. David also has valuable and wide-ranging expertise in commercial litigation, chancery, and insolvency related matters. His practice has a strong international dimension and he is a member of Landmark Chambers Internaional (see http://landmarkchambersinternational.com/david_nicholls). He has been ranked for several years as one of the UK’s leading junior barristers in property litigation. He has appeared several times as sole counsel in the Court of Appeal.
