Position

Mark has a broad practice with a particular focus on Employment and Education law. He is a member of the Attorney General’s C Panel of Counsel, the EHRC’s Panel of Counsel and is one of the three editors of the Education Law Reports.

Mark’s recent reported cases include: Ince Gordon Dadds LLP v Tunstall [2020] ICR 124 (successfully resisted an appeal concerning litigation against insolvent companies); RMT v Lloyd [2019] IRLR 897 (successfully resisted an appeal in an age discrimination case); and Antuzis v DJ Houghton Catching Services Ltd [2019] EWHC 843 (QB) (a leading High Court authority on the personal liability of company directors).
